In-Person Personal Training

One on one training is a great way to work towards your goals because sessions are completely tailored towards you!

General strength training (or non-sports specific training is what prepares your body for athletic performance. By strengthening your shoulders, hips, core, etc., you make harder climbing movements more accessible to you and simultaneously reduce your risk of injury.

You don’t play sports to get fit, you get fit to play sports!

Cost/hour:

Single Session: $80

Four Sessions: $300

Eight Sessions: $560

30 Minute Sessions: $40/each

Online Training Plans

This program is for climbers, hikers, runners that consider themselves to either be weekend warriors or avid athletes who are looking to be able to stay active and involved in their sport for a lifetime.

Traditionally, the only way you could train with me was in person. But now, if in-person training doesn’t match up with your budget or if our schedules don’t align, now you train with me online!

How it works:

  • Every week, you get updated programming based on your individual goals as well as direct feedback from me for each work out through the Ever Fit App

  • You also have the ability to upload videos of yourself so that I can check form, as well as contact me if you have any questions

  • This program runs as a monthly recurring membership, that can be cancelled at anytime for whatever reason

Important Things to Note:

  • The difference between online training programs and in-person training programs is that it will require more discipline on your part to make sure that you’re scheduling time for your individual workouts. So please make sure that you have your workout times planned out prior to signing up!

  • This program does not offer on-the-wall or technique training for climbers. It is is purely general strength training (although there will be carryover in your climbing from this strength training).

Small Group Training
